1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ECNHS School Portal ("the Portal"), students, parents, teachers, and staff agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Portal.

2. Use of the Portal

The Portal is intended solely for official school-related purposes including viewing grades, attendance, announcements, and class schedules. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to sharing login credentials, is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Responsibility

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity performed under an account is the responsibility of the account holder. Report unauthorized access immediately to the school administration.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or school data.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Portal or its related systems.
• Misrepresenting identity or affiliation with the school.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on this Portal are the property of Eugenio Cabezas National High School and the Department of Education. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ECNHS shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to access the Portal, including loss of data due to technical issues.

7. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users will be notified of significant changes through official school announcements.

• DepEd Regional and Division Offices as required by law.

The Portal uses session cookies to maintain user authentication. These cookies are deleted upon browser closure and are not used for tracking or advertising purposes.

Under R.A. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Submit requests to the school's Data Privacy Officer.

Eugenio Cabezas National High School (ECNHS), a public secondary school under the Department of Education (DepEd) Division of Cavite Province, is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all data subjects in accordance with R.A. 10173 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Purpose of Data Collection

ECNHS collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:

• Enrollment, registration, and maintenance of student academic records.
